Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

My company uses Rippling to clock in and out, enroll in benefits, and payroll information.
  • Makes it easy to log in and out and keep track of my time
  • It is easy to see my vacation/ sick time and request time off
  • It is easy to access my paycheck info
  • One of the most confusing things is trying to request a change on the timecard if there was an error. There is not a clearcut way to go from step to step. I usually have to click on the wrong area a couple times before getting it done.
  • This question does not apply to me
Overall I like Rippling, but ADP was more user friendly in my opinion.

Once someone has been instructed on how to use it, it is user friendly.
