Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

Rippling is our ATS system, as well as used for payroll within our company. We were in need of a product that could more custimize the uses we were needing in order to track our new and current employees. Rippling has allowed us to keep track on time sheets, applicants and payroll through their various applications.

The pricing and what we currently need for our company where it stands, helped us decide on what product we wanted to use. With us being a growing company, it fit our needs for our current employees and being able to track them and any new employees we wanted to work with.
Rippling's support is very easy to use. Probably the best to use. They have a chat feature to use at any time as well as your own rep to get to those higher level details. When we were working on the program in the beginning it was very helpful to use the chat to get fast answers without bothering our rep for all our other problems.

There are some features in Rippling that our company wishes was a bit better. Which us why it doesn't get the perfect 10. But in the end they are very easy to use and a great system to use for a first time ATS/Payroll system to use. If you are looking for a get your feet off the ground program, this is the one for you.
I've used other tracking and payroll application in the past and Rippling is very user friendly. There are aspects in their program that could use more work, but for a smaller company it gives you that big corporate feel when managing your employees and future employees. If you are looking for a way to track your small business and be able to feel like you are running a bigger operation, I highly recommend using Rippling to get your feet off the ground.
