Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

Rippling is amazing for signing up for health benefits and using as an onboarding tool as well as an everyday log in/ time card. It has been easy using Ripling vs other methods of onboarding, time clocks and signing up for insurance. I love that it is all in one place, instead of spread to three different applications. I would highly recommend this to anyone in the business world!

Onboarding was on rippling vs on paper with other jobs, wework had us do a time clock and it was not as nice and easy to maneuver as rippling. Selecting medical benefits was through a whole different app, with rippling it made it easy to have all the information in one place.

It is easy to figure out, the pictures of each of the places to click are super helpful. The fewer places to click the better for everyone since people usually get confused with more choices than not. I think rippling does a great job of being straight forward about where the choices lead.
The health care all in one place with the pop out explanation of benefits was super helpful in picking which option worked best for me. I really like using rippling for the onboarding too, it made it nice and easy to not have to fill out physical paperwork and leave it behind.
