Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

We use Rippling for: 1. Onboarding 2. Offboarding 3. Payroll 4. Benefits 5. Endpoint device management.
  • Easy management of benefits.
  • Easy management of PTO.
  • Easy management of payroll.
  • Access to more perks and benefits that larger companies have access to. For ex, discounts on electronics, cars, etc.
  • Access to upskilling apps.
  • Integrating IT management would make it complete.
  • Improved onboarding/offboarding workflow efficiency.
  • Improved payroll and time management.
  • Improved benefits management.
Rippling was more efficient and usable than Gusto. It also was feature-rich.
The support was prompt and willing to help.

Good breadth of features, and the user experience is intuitive.
