Overall Satisfaction with Robin
We use it to book rooms for general meetings with clients or our colleagues.
- The UI is relatively easy to use.
- I like that Robin is fully integrated with all our rooms; we can see into different levels, not just our own level.
- Cancelling out my reservation for the room if I miss the mark on check in.
- Not sure if it's a bug, but sometimes I have to repeat my reservation if I don't get it confirmed or have a notification of confirmation the first time.
- It definitely made it a lot easier to organize where free rooms were if we were not aware of any rooms on other floors.
Sometimes, the app would disappear after I had downloaded it onto my Outlook taskbar.
Yes, as mentioned previously, we were able to find meeting rooms easily for any regular or ad-hoc meetings with clients.
