Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use ADP Run for the whole company and have it broken down by the department. We are able to track the number of hours for each employee by the department when it is needed for various reports we use for our business. We are able to pull any report our accountants may need or for the employees when they need it for a financial loan.

ADP Run is so much easier to use. From logging in to being able to get the reports that are needed at the time. Anytime I have had a question or a problem I have used the chat feature or called and have had excellence service with ADP. For the other company, it was always a hard time getting anything.

Likelihood to Recommend

We switched payroll companies at the first payroll of 2017. We had a few hiccups but after that, it has been amazing. An employee was purchasing a new house and needed information on pay for the loan. With a few clicks, I was able to get him all the necessary information he needs to give to the loan officer. Both myself and the employee was impressed since our previous payroll company wasn't that easy.
