Overall Satisfaction with RUN Powered by ADP
ADP RUN is used to manage our bi-weekly payroll. We also are integrated with a time clock from ADP.
- Intuitive on-boarding of employees
- Smooth integration with timekeeping needs
- Easy upload of data from ADP to Quickbooks
- The vacation or time off system is always one pay away in calculations. Once you know this, it is fine.
- Maybe there are some online tutorials that show how to use specific features I can not always find, but usually I call with issues and get it resolved quickly. Online video screens or just instructions for some of the harder to find features would be nice, particularly when starting new to ADP.
- Sometimes the integration between timekeeping and ADP RUN is not seamless and it is hard to know if something is a RUN question or a time question and that delays getting the help you need since the two service centers seem to run separately. Ie. you have to know whether to call about ADP run or Time.
- We use our timeclock with a badge number and since a few updates, it seems that it never takes on the first try. It always wants to default to biometric although I select 'no' and type in the badge number. It sometimes takes 2-3 tries to take.
- It would be good to know when the system has been modified and updates to the software have been made. You only notice as you go online to add a new employee sometimes that the screens have changed slightly.
- It has been more expensive than my previous, local, provider. In the end, though, it has offered me more flexibility with having any checks sent by ADP and allows me the option of remotely completing payroll if I need to. Previously, I had to do payroll earlier if out of town, since any checks were done by me personally.
- The use of the computer interface, with both the time side and the run side, has been much more streamlined and easier to use.
