For a small company, we really appreciate the consolidated place to take care of payroll, tax liability management, worker's compensation management, and year-end reporting. As a startup, we have also made use of and appreciate the training materials supplied by RUN Powered by ADP®.

RUN Powered by ADP® has been fantastic in managing payroll liabilities and payroll/employee interface. We have some contractors who may become employees and this year had an employee who decided to become a contractor. The change was confusing. Errors when the browser crashes or closes the browser window without clicking log out and then trying to get back in. Have to clear the cache and try again. So anyone not clicking "log out" can get an error. Suggest coding a pop-up blocking closing the browser window before hitting log out that asks for confirmation and logs the user out.
