Overall Satisfaction with RUN Powered by ADP®

I used the employee handbook tool to develop the company handbook when I first started this job. I use RUN Powered by ADP to maintain the handbook and rely on the webinars to keep abreast of policy changes. I have contacted the HR HelpDesk frequently throughout the pandemic and when I had to deal with an employee dismissal issue. I have also used Zip Recruiter for every job opening we have had.
On a regular basis, I use RUN Powered by ADP to access employee information such as personal information, run reports of company payroll date for use in annual benefit selection and on-going compliance reporting. Also use peripherals such as Zip Recruiter and HR411.

  • More employee-specific historical data such as pay history more than just the last pay
  • Positive: Reasonably priced option for a small business
All positive responses. Eliminates the need for printing and distribution of pay stubs which can be time-consuming and inefficient. Staff has access to W-2s and other pay data without disturbing staff

When comparing salary information for employees in considering pay raises or hiring, I find it difficult or unable to ascertain pay history on RUN Powered by ADP.

Relationship with ADP

I am constantly contacted by salespeople from ADP trying to sell products already being satisfied by other software. Still, even if I tell them we already complied, the contact doesn't stop. ADP should update its database to show when a company complies, even if not through ADP. Examples include the requirement for a retirement plan and sexual Harassment Prevention Training.
