Overall Satisfaction with Runa

We use Runa as an international gift voucher provider for the marketplace of MELP employee engagement platform. Runa gift voucher shop is integrated and seamlessly provided to end-users, employees of large corporates, who have flexible benefit allowances from their employers. This suits very well companies with a distributed workforce, when their teams are situated in various countries and want to select different employee benefits, in the form of gift cards from various suppliers.

  • Handling currencies - so far there is no internal currency conversion and we keep different currencies in different accounts

  • We have managed to offer international gift vouchers from multiple countries at once

  • No bugs, integration and service overall is working very well

Runa is great if you need a large selection of gift suppliers in Europe from an aggregator, without contacting each of them separately. Runa handles customer service very well, we have a dedicated customer success person, who is always there for us, works quickly and professionally.

So far Runa is not represented much in Asian markets, but this is in their plans. Runa could offer currency conversion on its own, which would make life easier for their clients:)

Did not purchase premium support, there was no offer for that, we feel good with standard partnership support.
All requests that we had were answered very quickly, we always felt that questions were taken care of, so it became like a standard for us - we believe that great customer support is something where Runa is really outstanding in the market.
