Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct

We use Intacct to do outsourced accounting for our clients. I work in the product every day to do everything from AP and AR to bank reconciliations.
  • They have great support and a great community to work with people doing the same items as you in Sage Intacct and get solutions to problems and new ideas.
  • Pricing could be improved especially for small/family offices that could definitely benefit from the multi-entity capability; along with user pricing.
I think Sage Intacct is very easy to work in and learn how to do everything. And even for the items that you don't know how to do there is plenty of training in every area of the system so that you and your team can be experts in all areas.
