Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct
Sage Intacct is primarily used for our company's accounting and financial reporting functions. It is heavily used by our finance department. The easy-to-use capabilities of Sage Intacct make us work more effectively and efficiently. It helps us save a lot of time and effort from recording to reporting.
- Easy-to-use functions. It was very convenient for me learning Sage Intacct easily because of its user-friendly capabilities.
- Excellent customer service. I never had any problems on dealing with their great customer service team.
- Pricing. Their cost is actually cheaper but competitive among the different accounting softwares that are available in the market.
- Report generation. Expand the capabilities of reports and analysis.
- Provide downloadable Excel templates relevant to posting of multiple transactions.
- Require a changing password at least on quarterly basis instead of one year.
- Accuracy of reports.
- Faster recording of transactions.
- Reasonable pricing.
We definitely benefited from this automation because human errors in recording and reporting were almost eliminated. Our accounting process is more structured and organized because of the outline of Sage Intacct. The system is very reliable and we can access the records anytime and anywhere. It's definitely a big plus having this system.
I may not be the one who selected Sage Intacct to be used in our company's operations but if I compare it with different products that I have used in my career, the Sage Intacct is the most user-friendly and straight-forward system. I also like how the customer service team quickly responds to my inquiries.
