Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct

We use Intacct for financial reporting, employee expense reporting, order entry, budget to actual reporting, and contracts. Mostly used by the finance and accounting department but other departments use it for employee expense reporting. It provides a single source of truth that can be relied upon by stakeholders across the organization.

We are able to use Sage Intacct for contract revenue management (contracts module) and multi-entity, multi-currency global consolidation without the need for third party reporting software or tools. Sage Intacct makes it very easy to submit expenses for reimbursement. We have not used Sage Intacct for spend management at this point in time.
Integrating Sage Intacct with other software (FloQast, 2CP, etc.) has been a fairly straightforward process. Implementing a brand new system and moving over from a QuickBooks system was time consuming and challenging as one would expect, but sometimes you just need to rip the band-aid off and get things done.
We had too many entities and multiple currencies to keep using QuickBooks. Their Contracts module is extremely useful for us as a SaaS business. Sage Intacct's reporting is fairly robust and able to meet the vast majority of our needs. Sage Intacct is scaleable and will grow with our organization as we need it.
Sage Intacct is able to handle multiple currencies, multiple locations, and complicated multiple element arrangements. It is able to provide forecasting for deferred revenue runoff for subscription and/or SaaS companies. However, we have encountered some issues with getting a deferred revenue runoff forecast for entities not in USD which has created some pain points in budgeting and planning.
