Sage Intacct is used by our accounting team to maintain the books of our Organization and its subsidiaries as well as by all employees of the Organization for time entry. Sage Intacct helps us maintain accurate records and track how much time employees are spending on projects. The time entries help us with our statement of functional expenses

Our company absolutely takes advantage of automation. We have a small accounting department, so relying on automation to support us is important. We use AR, AP, and general ledger modules as well as projects and timesheets to automate our accounting. This reduces the number of errors as well as saves us money on accounting personnel.
We use the time and expense module in Intacct. All our employees record a timesheet in the system, regardless of how they are paid. This helps us allocate salaries and wages to the applicable projects that they are working on. We also integrated Expensify with Intacct which uses the expense management module.

Intacct is very competitive with other products we’ve looked at. They offer the same modules. Their pricing might be more expensive but it was worth it for us to stick with them rather than make a switch to a completely new system. Our Intacct rep has always worked with us to ensure we are happy with the product.
