Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct

We transitioned from a license/maintenance software that was hosted onsite to Sage Intacct’s SaaS solution in 2019. This transition allowed our organization to transition to all SaaS tool, and create immense flexibility across our departments. We can now customize tools to best meet our ministry needs. This tool also allowed for near live-time reporting, which was key to navigating COVID’s impact over the past few years.
  • Integrations.
  • Quick access to information.
  • Reporting.
  • Time and Expenses for organizations like non-profits that rely heavily on employee reimbursements.
  • Integrated credit card processor for customer payments.
  • Vendor and bank reconciliation approvals.
  • Vendor setup process including W9s.
  • It has allows our finance team to serve our staff as consultants rather than gatekeepers. We are able to put the right info into our staffs hands.
  • It has allows us to increase the work accomplished by our team within additional staff.
Our church has utilized the integration capabilities of an expense management third party for Time & Expense, a vendor payment third party for Accounts Payable, and a budgeting/reporting third party for general leader.

These integrations have allows us to not need a “one size fits all” solution, but put the tools in place to best serve our team.
We used a third-party company that specializes in church/NFP implementations. They did a great job and the setup, while a lot, was fairly straightforward. Even 3 years later my team feels confident updating configuration to meet current needs.

Do you think Sage Intacct delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Sage Intacct's feature set?

Yes

Did Sage Intacct live up to sales and marketing promises?

Yes

Did implementation of Sage Intacct go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Sage Intacct again?

Yes

It has been great with integration. Connecting Intacct to expense management and budgeting/reporting tools has greatly served our organization.

It is not very suited to accept customer payments via an integrated ACH or credit card processor. It would be super helpful to allow a customer to make a payment directly from an invoice.
