Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct

We use Sage Intacct as our main accounting system which works great and addresses all of our reporting needs. There are, however, issues we face with the integration of Bill.com. They often don't speak to each other perfectly which causes issues and when we post on the community groups we are referred to Bill.com and Sage is unable to assist us when the issue is affecting our Intacct as well.

Yes, we have benefitted from this by integrating our Intacct with Bill.com. We have had issues with this process at times when they do not speak to each other as they should, which causes us to have to find workarounds. A lot of the time, the community page is unable to help and just tells us to contact Bill.com. It would be nice if we got support from Intacct's side when there are items that Intacct is not pulling through correctly. Training videos etc., on how things integrate and the common problems faced during integration and solutions would be the best way to assist clients.
We do not use these.
It was fairly easy. I have worked with Quickbooks mostly and found it to be a bit more user-friendly. However, more training on Sage and courses would be great. The videos provided are not very helpful, often freeze and do not open up, and are not scenario-based, where a user can see how this applies to a real-life situation that they may face.

Selecting Sage was not my choice and is the system that is being used at my job. It is a lot more detail orientated which is great, however, I do find Quickbooks reporting to be a lot more straightforward and user-friendly.
Sage is well suited for our organization as it provides the necessary reporting we need, is user-friendly, and also allows us to integrate with other critical software. It does, however, have some issues with integrating, and more assistance from Sage would be appreciated to get these issues resolved. Notifications for unusual items picked up may be helpful too.
