Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct
I develop and extend the product for other customers. It's flexibility and relative openness of the developer API makes the product relatively straightforward to extend and integrate with other products. Internally we use the software as our main accounts system which allows us to bill our customers with ease. The system is user-friendly and as it is cloud-based it removes the problems of maintaining a server and also upgrades are done automatically which reduces the overhead on us.

As it is cloud-based, it makes things easier. Also, extending the product is a little more flexible.
