Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct
I use it for order and quote processing + inventory partially. It helps keep everything structured, organized, and easy to process. It's very user friendly and was fairly easy to pick up the basics of quickly while training. It makes it easy to convert quotes to orders and allows everyone with an account within the company to access everyone's work with ease.
- Rearranging the line items in a quote or order
- Converting one document into another type (eases workload)
- Allows easy and stress-free navigation
- Permanent customer account notes
- Sometimes the 'order message' section of our orders will cut off when converted to PDF
- Being able to open more than one tab of the same 'level' at a time
- getting orders/quote to more customers faster = happier customers which = more business!
- being able to easily edit documents makes human mistakes easy to fix which = happier customers which = more business!
- The ability to add personalized notes and messages to line items and orders/quotes over all makes the finalized documents easily for customers to understand which = happier customers which = more business!
To be honest, I am not involved in the accounting side of things, but as for the order management side I can add a little input... it is very easy to convert orders into shipping docs and then invoices, so that definitely is a huge plus so keep everything automated and flowing nicely from start to finish

Sage is definitely less complicated to maneuver around and navigate through than SAP... SAP had more ability to add things like customer account notes and lots of detail, but it also created a very overwhelming and difficult to learn system. I would definitely recommend Sage over SAP in many cases...
