Overall Satisfaction with Sage Intacct
We use Intacct to create POs receive them in pay invoices and run inventory reports. Running reports helps alot with ordering and knowing whats on hand vs whats on order
Pros
- listing of inventory items
- Inventory POs
- Tracking Vendor purchases
Cons
- In my opinion, not user friendly at all
- I think it has to many steps to correct issues
- some issues not fixable
- I believe it would be a great system if it was more user friendly
- Personally, being unable to make edits is crazy and highly frustrating
- I think system feels very outdated at times

I do not think we did and I do not know the answer to why not.
Yes - still awaiting for them to be resolved
not as of yet we are still awaiting some fixes
