Overall Satisfaction with SalesLoft
Specific to my sales team at Nielsen, I use SalesLoft to track and send email cadences for upcoming data changes and sales offerings.
- Real-time management and reporting when clients read emails
- Scheduling calls with calendar functions
- Sharing cadences/templates with team members
- I find the dialer feature confusing.
- More editable fields within cadences to create more personalization
- Positive client response. They appreciate additional outreach and touch points.
- Getting in contact with new contacts at a company when people are unresponsive
- Improved pipeline growth
Bi-weekly check-in calls with our SalesLoft rep where we could go over new features and ways to take advantage of the platform.
I haven't used any other SalesLoft products.
