Overall Satisfaction with SalesLoft

Specific to my sales team at Nielsen, I use SalesLoft to track and send email cadences for upcoming data changes and sales offerings.
  • Real-time management and reporting when clients read emails
  • Scheduling calls with calendar functions
  • Sharing cadences/templates with team members
  • I find the dialer feature confusing.
  • More editable fields within cadences to create more personalization
  • Positive client response. They appreciate additional outreach and touch points.

Bi-weekly check-in calls with our SalesLoft rep where we could go over new features and ways to take advantage of the platform.
Sometimes my Salesloft extension disconnects. Its easy to reconnect, but I often don't notice for a few days and am not able to track all of my emails. Other than that I think the ease of integration is done well
I haven't used any other SalesLoft products.
SalesLoft is well suited for cold outreach, sharing new sales offerings, and sending industry news to a mass clientele.
