Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Salesmate as our sole CRM and phone system for our company. I have tried many other big-name CRMs for real estate, but Salesmate has been much better and more customizable to my exact business model. The speed is incredibly fast, which is important for a CRM. And I love how each user has a dedicated phone number so all communication stays inside the CRM.

It's super fast
It's completely customizable to fit your exact business
It has automated follow-up sequences
The iPhone app works great
The built-in phone system is fantastic

You will need to have some computer skills to be able to set up a lot of the automated workflows, but support is always there to help

It allows us to never let a lead slip through the cracks
The automated follow-up sequences save us hours of follow-ups per week

I've used a few different CRMs based off of Podio, and Salesmate is much easier, faster, and has more features.

Usability

When training a new user, it takes a little bit of time to understand the different screens (contact screen vs deal screen) but once you are used to it, it makes sense.

Support Rating

They always answer fast and are very supportive to help you whenever you need it.

Likelihood to Recommend

It works great for the acquisitions side of my business and also the dispositions side. We do many aspects of real estate, and Salesmate works for all of them.

Salesmate will be my last CRM
