we use the sap anaytics cloud for our budget planning and as a frontend for our planning. The controllers can determine plan values and make predictions. The cloud makes sense for us, especially for financial controlling during the year. Furthermore, we use the SAP Analytics Cloud for our dashboards regarding key figures and KPIs

it was primarily about the integration of planning in a future s4hana system and the sac is suitable for this. Furthermore, we map our budget planning and annual financial statements in the sac, which is why a suitable modeling environment was required here. the planning functions are all there and we can plan our values and budgets
we use the SAP Analytics Cloud together with a business warehouse and use the planning engine (BW-IP) for our planning functions. We map these in the frontend (SAC) and thus offer a perfect addition to our on-premise systems. the planning takes place in the bw and an s4 system with embedded analytics functions is planned
