Contract Management, Spend Analytics, Payments, Supplier Management, etc.
- Contract Management - all procurement contracts, including spend, beginning and end date of all contracts, etc.
- Procure to pay - PO processing - All contract payments go through Ariba spend
- Contract signature through DocuSign - singed contracts automatically go directly into Ariba module which greatly facilitates the tracking of all signed contracts
- Dashboard has lots to be desired.
- Different modules are not integrated therefore having to input repetitive actions
- System requires frequent log ins multiple times during the day
- System has been down for a period of 2 periods without any explanation
- System is slow at times when multiple users and on it especially at the end of the month when everyone is trying to update their contracts.
- Does not immediately flag expired contracts or contracts that are in draft.
