Perfect tool for planning an business travels. Easy to use for expenses reporting. Great that version for mobile devices available. Easley scanning or taking a photo by the mobile device, and add scanned document to the expenses. Great function is also to have system connected to AMEX cards. All expenses in one place.

Basically, before using SAP Concur, I used to use just a simple excel sheet with some additionally functions. The excel tool was nice to have, but many limitations like system connection, automation in case of expenses reporting. No booking function available in the excel, booking always done manually.directly on several different web pages.
Currently SAP Concur is integrated with our SAP S4 system. Tis is the best way of working in case of integration. All solutions from one partner working integrated are always a better way of working. All the systems supported as they should be supported, no issues with the integration. Generally nice tool
Basically SAP Concur for such a big organization like we, helped with organizing the business travel process. SAP Concur has done it as an easy process now and very transparent for all the different departments involved in that process. Even the process of the pre-approval steps in case of business travels.
Users with this tool very helpful. Proces has became to be more transparent for all the users involved in all phases/levels. There are no questions at all like for the excel version (we worked before). Generally users are more than happy to use such a tool. Live became more easier for all the users.
