Overall Satisfaction with SAP Concur
Every member of our organization uses CONCUR when booking corporate travel, as well as when using personal payment methods for company expenses. This particular SAP application allows our Finance team to accurate track and manage employee spend against specific client or internal cost centres. Multiple drop down features allow employees to search for the appropriate cost centres, and managers responsible for those cost centres are directly sent the expenses for approval, allowing for a streamlined process.
- Cost centre tracking
- Engaging a secondary approver
- Allowing for employee notes
- Identifying when required fields are not filled in
- Preferred cost centre / saving (to avoid searching)
- Allowing bulk receipt upload rather than one by one
- Payment delays can take place if managers forget to set an alt approver
- Company revenues are more accurate, due to employees abilities to search for appropriate cost centres
- Allows for autonomous completion
Other companies I've worked for have used manual systems - CONCUR is definitely superior!
Salesforce - great integration for these systems!
I've mostly been a front-end user, but the use is quite quick and streamlined once you've used it a few times.
It's done exactly this!
