We had go-life in December, 2020. We started to sell faster and act faster because the solution can help us to understand customers’ needs, turn critical insights into effective actions, save time with a sales cycle. We had some issues with data because we had CRM before and had to clean and migrate data to the new system. But we went through this rapidly. Now we are on the phase when we integrate SAP S/4HANA with SAP Sales Cloud for making calculation and pricing processes automatically. Users already do analytics only using tablets and mobile devices. And we are ready to maintenance now SAP Service Cloud.
