Overall Satisfaction with SAP Sales Cloud

We had go-life in December, 2020. We started to sell faster and act faster because the solution can help us to understand customers’ needs, turn critical insights into effective actions, save time with a sales cycle. We had some issues with data because we had CRM before and had to clean and migrate data to the new system. But we went through this rapidly. Now we are on the phase when we integrate SAP S/4HANA with SAP Sales Cloud for making calculation and pricing processes automatically. Users already do analytics only using tablets and mobile devices. And we are ready to maintenance now SAP Service Cloud.

Sales cloud gives the instruments, administrations, and applications to deal with our customers. It gives us the capacity to rapidly and effectively track client collaborations and guarantee that client request are taken care productively.
Because it’s Cloud version you can easily scalable it. And it’s not gives you issues with database growth.

Integration with S/4HANA and other SAP products is easier, go life can be done quickly and it’s easy to teach users how to use solution. Advanced customizations and well organized performance of the system. Administrative functions should have more built-in efficiencies.
