SAP Sales Cloud solves the problem of proper follow-ups for the customers to be remembered on later or future time period.
It also is easy to make numbers and keep revenue details up to date

So the flow from the backend team and the sales team should be easy via ONE CRM, Because the customer should not get confused on the followup case that they have raised support regarding

LeadSquared wont be reloading often and in-between the server wont be fluctuating
