Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors

We’ve been long-time users of SAP SuccessFactors. There are pros to implementation. However, there are also cons and some unnecessary manual intervention necessary when I’d like for the product to automate more and get me out of the tactical day-to-day so I can focus on strategic HR initiatives.
