Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors

It is pretty good for tracking our learning and development paths, but I do not find the user interface very intuitive. It integrates with our other systems so that is a plus. It provides a fine overview of the important information, and I guess that is the more important part.
  • Important Information Captured
  • System Integration
  • High Level of Security
  • Not Intuitive Interface
  • Login Confusing
  • Confusing Navigation
I am actually not involved in the integration with the SAP products but I do know anecdotally that SAP products generally are integrating pretty well with each other.
Interestingly enough I have used this product in both our American subsidiary and our German subsidiary. But if I am being honest I did not notice much of a difference, other than perhaps in the currency requirements. I cannot speak too much to this unfortunately. Of course the language and translation is also a good functionality for our different markets.
We actually use both but since we operate very heavily in an SAP ecosystem it makes more sense for us to stick with SAP products due to the heavy investment financially speaking in addition to the fact that the colleagues used to SAP interfaces for the most part by now.

Do you think SAP SuccessFactors delivers good value for the price?

Not sure

Are you happy with SAP SuccessFactors's feature set?

Yes

Did SAP SuccessFactors live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of SAP SuccessFactors go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy SAP SuccessFactors again?

Yes

We have to use it, so I would have to tell a colleague about it :) I think the overview provided specifically in the learning platform is pretty good, and the tiles we have configured as a company in the Home is useful. Otherwise I also use it to track vacation days and sick days, it is fine for this.
