Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors

SuccessFactors is the Learning Management System and it works well.

Pros

  • Training videos open when clicking links
  • Courses allow searching
  • Courses provide relevant info

Cons

  • It would be nice if the videos close and go back to the main course menu
  • It would be nice if the videos would launch when pressing one button instead of pressing two
  • It would be nice if more video content would be loaded onto SuccessFactors by HR.
  • It provides a place to write goals for the new year
  • It provides a place to measure what were the goals at start of the year and adjust for changes that occurred in the year.
  • It provides a way to hold prior performance reviews for historical viewpoint.
SuccessFactors is very user friendly.
SuccessFactors is able to provide info across business units and hierarchies around the world.
SAP bought SuccessFactors and expanded functionality.
