Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors

HR and Payroll processes are run in SAP SuccessFactors. The product provides standardized processes across regions and centralized reporting.
  • Automating onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Maintaining proper payroll functions
  • Running built-in reports
  • Data export or automated reporting
  • Better integration with analytics tools
  • Standard way of accessing data across cloud and on-prem systems
  • Employee onboarding experience is improved
  • Processes are better standardized
  • Payroll processes are easier to manage
Integration with SAP products is available, but integration options for 3rd party products is lacking.
Global compliance and localizations capability are important, especially as our organization acquires firms with more extensive international operations.
the UI is not as modern looking but the functionality seems more robust.
