Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors
I support the end users on day to day requests like build reports, update/change configurations, implementation, etc.
- Very customizable
- Many different product lines
- Ease of use
- UI/UX
- Automation of tasks
- Allowed HR flexibility
Difficult and requires partner support.
SAP SuccessFactors allows a lot more customization and flexibility but is a lot harder to configure and to use for end users.
