Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors

We have a complex organization, with different entities, bargaining unit employees, and different operating environments. The learning module has been well utilized and we are in the process of building better consumption and integration with our other tools. Reaching employees without laptops and cell phones is our greatest challenge for driving learning.

It has been easy to integrate with just a few internal resources. We have had to integrate with other tools and had far more complex considerations, so this has been good.
Implementation was 5+ years ago, and before my time at the organization, however, I can say that this is still talked about today as an integration that went well.

Less suitable: Policing workforces have their own learning management systems that comprise of a plethora of technical and specific training, that we cannot integrate to using the SAP Learning Module.
