Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors

A customizable platform that is utilized as a data entry and workflow system.
  • Creating workflows.
  • Capture historical data.
  • Reporting capabilities.
  • Deletion of attachments.
  • The benefits module is limited.
  • It is not very admin-user-friendly.
  • Accessible worldwide.
  • Notification system.
  • Tracking system.
Don't have other SAP products.
The performance review for employees in different countries allows relationships to connect and use the module at the same time.

If recommended to a colleague, I would tell them the abilities of SAP and where it's a powerful tool, like with recruiting and HR data entry with customizable added fields to tailor to your admin needs. I would also mention some of the limitations where the program does not keep documents in the system forever.
