Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors

It used to be quite painful to do performance management using the previous system. SAP SuccessFactors is more user-friendly. Our recruiting for office based staff used to be quite manual. With Recruiting, we are able to do more with less resources. We also introduced Internal Job Portal recently to drive internal mobility. It used to be done manually via email. Now staff who are interested can go into the internal jobs page at any time to have a look at the internal opportunities.

Overall, the integration was fine with our other systems hence an 8 rating is proposed. We integrated with our electronic pfile system and also SAP ECC6. Knowing that integration to other systems is widely supported is reassuring. This means we can have an ecosystem that suits our needs most. Given our large and diverse workforce, it is always important for us to be mindful of costs.
Overall implementation was smooth. The team provided support and we implemented within a short timeline especially for PMGM. It was also done during a time when some staff were away during the December break.

Some parts of the reporting for ATS were hard to understand and it took a long time for us to get the definitions sorted out. Another encounter was higher charges by a partner if we obtain services through SAP. We could have gone with our own account but was told we had to go through SAP. We are now on our own.
