Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors
It used to be quite painful to do performance management using the previous system. SAP SuccessFactors is more user-friendly. Our recruiting for office based staff used to be quite manual. With Recruiting, we are able to do more with less resources. We also introduced Internal Job Portal recently to drive internal mobility. It used to be done manually via email. Now staff who are interested can go into the internal jobs page at any time to have a look at the internal opportunities.

Overall implementation was smooth. The team provided support and we implemented within a short timeline especially for PMGM. It was also done during a time when some staff were away during the December break.
