Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors

I have had a great experience using SAP success factors for various purposes like leave management system, reviews and ratings and compensation portal.
SAP succesfactors one of the best platform for the above use case.

  • Easy to use
  • Good features and tools
  • API structure can be improved
  • Integration with third party apps can be improved
  • Loading time sometimes is more
  • HR efficiency increased by 70%
  • Easy for managers to maintain performance review
  • Overall boost in productivity in organisation
Overall the integration strategy is good, however there is a need to increase the redibility of success factors API as the keywords are sometimes not accurate and gives inacurate results. I believe the documentation is the key here.
Implementation was very smooth and quick. Also the portals are very user ui friendly and anyone can easily accommodate to it.
In comparison with the performance review management , success factors has lot of advantages as it provides a rich text editor with allows employees to add links , styles to their feedback and comment. And also overall workflow is easy to understand by both manager and as well as employee. So definitely SAP success factors has a lot of edge here.
