Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors
use it to support onboarding/hiring for new employee's to my specific team.
we use it to track the applicants and input feedback.
Then when they join, they also get pushed through to employee status on the platform. I use it only at the start of their employee journey to ensure docuemnts etc is all ok, after that it is more HR team that will use it.

It can have a steep learning curve to learn, as well as not being the most user friendly tool. You can pull good analytics from it but it can just be a bit difficult to pull them from the machine.
I do not have too much experience with other tools. I have used SmartRecruiters previously, which was a bit easier to use, but was not able to pull the same reports.
