Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors

SAP SuccessFactor used as Human resource portal to apply leaves, onboarding, annual assessments, goal settings etc. The tool is used to configure employee related various tasks. The workflows can be configured accordingly.
  • It has easy to use UI
  • Quick actions features contains all the useful links with icons
  • We can personalise our tasks accordingly
  • Response time is little higher
  • User interface needs improvement in terms of icons
  • Search feature needs improvement to give appropriate results
  • All the HR related actives can be accessed from one tool.
  • Automation in HR process
  • Easy of use from employee perspective
The SAP tool is integrated with Active directory. Which helps the users to access the tool with single sign on. Majority of the taskes are hyperlinked to respective sites.

SAP SuccessFactors is primarily used for requesting time-off, annual assessments, training, on-boarding users etc. It is a one stop solution for configuration of HR related activities in a organisation. It is not appropriate to vendors or any third parties in the organization. It is only focused on the employees in the organisation.
