Overall Satisfaction with SAP SuccessFactors
We use the EC, PMGM, Comp, CDSM modules. We have not utilised the full breath of SAP SuccessFactors' offerings, which is something we are currently reviewing. There are some limitation, particularly in our local regions in being able to capture all the data needed to process payroll i.e. some customisation is required to be legally compliant to integrate data from SAP SuccessFactors to downstream payroll platforms. Overrall the user experience is good with minimal issues technically and to the end-user.

- struggle to reach out blue collar workers, without an email address to access the system
- need local customisation provided as standard, especially when there are legal data points which are needed from our employees

So far, I have experienced minimal disruption when integrating SAP SuccessFactors data to downstream payroll or time and attendance applications. The data has been easily identified and transferred
