Overall Satisfaction with Scale Computing HC3

Whole Organization.
Upgrade of physical servers

  • Sales team should not undersell to sell again at a higher price
  • Lot of improvement is required in support
  • Lot of improvement needed in installation support
  • Quotes not provided to months
  • No information provided once order is placed
  • Delivery too slow - awaiting hardware for last approx. 2 months
I was unable to give ZERO otherwise I would have given Zero. My experience with Scale sales, Installation and support.
ERP System and its ancillary softwares
  • It is performing better than our old physical servers
  • Not sure what to expect in case of failure, knowing Scale support capabilities
  • Can't add any more servers as Sales under sold the hardware and now not giving quotes to upgrade RAM. Pushing to buy complete new node.
Nutanix, Cisco. Scale computing sales and after sales support is no where close to any other vendors.
Maybe suitable for small organizations, it is not appropriate for an organization requiring IT availability 24 x 7 at least with the kind of support currently provided.
