Overall Satisfaction with Scratchpad
We use Scratchpad as it links to our Salesforce metrics and is a very easy platform to add information into our CRM. This has been trialed to tailor it to our needs over a 3 month period and then the findings were reviewed, we are now about to move forward with this and I can't wait. It's so easy to use.
- Project entry and follow-up.
- Reviewing ad ordering each process.
- Technical support has been awesome.
- I guess technical support is USA-based so meetings are not great for them to spread people across the world as support.
- Setting up tiles takes a bit of practice.
- Scratchpad means that I can see projects starting and schedule in to contact them in advance, this results in peaking with customers at the planning stage and not when it's too late.
