Overall Satisfaction with ScreenConnect
We use it to remotely connect to internal computers and to provide support to our customers around the country. We are a small organization and it is being used by a few individuals to support customers and by myself to remotely connect to various computers. It saves time since we don't have to physically go to computers to do testing/updates. It also makes us look more professional to our customers.
- Remote connection to customer computers works seamlessly and the ability to reboot and automatically reconnect is a great feature.
- The feature that saves internal computers in a list, while showing the computers that are online is very helpful.
- Not much, since it works so well. I don't use it every day, so I would like to see the ability to click help on the toolbar.
- Has improved customer service and perception
- Saved time by eliminating need to go to internal computers for testing and updates
- GoToMeeting, Webex and FreeConference.com
Price and functionality was the differentiater.
