Overall Satisfaction with SeekOut

Use it for sourcing candidates. I focus on our Engineering roles.

  • Providing GitHub analytics for a quick view
  • Accuracy of most recent / current role to reflect LinkedIn
  • UI separating each individual role listed within a company rather than just the company. Our searches value candidates that grow within a company but prefer LinkedIn's UI layout to quickly glance how long they have been at the company.
  • Accuracy of picture of candidate. Especially if candidate has gone through a gender transition.
  • It has helped quick glance through candidates rather than open every single linkedin profile.
  • It does a good job saving my searches when I am going through a pipeline over multiple days/weeks
  • The connection of github to the profile helps qualify candidates.
Had a pleasant call with a staff member to help refresh me on the search capabilities and did an excellent job with my search parameters and working with me through the search. They was available within 24 hours of me looking to schedule a call. They also said they would follow up with the team for other ideas and insights on the search.

Yes

Very good to pull a larger pool of candidates that could be a match when their LinkedIn profiles are sparce and not very detailed. Often times provides extra context to a candidates viability when we don't have access to a resume. Search function works fairly well when trying to drill down via the people insights to grab a chunk of candidates at a time.
