Overall Satisfaction with SeekOut

I am looking for candidates with clearances, top secret and above. I do not have LinkedIn Recruiter and I do not need LinkedIn Recruiter since I have this product!
  • Narrowing down candidates
  • finding candidates that POSSIBLY have a clearance
  • comparing companies
  • just sourcing in general helps so much
  • people who are on call to help use the product, Evan A has been amazing at training
  • finding more folks with clearances
  • an easier way to download into my system or an add on into my system "Avature"
  • I love SeekOut because it gives me a boarder spectrum for my hard to fill roles
  • SeekOut only lets me download 100 candidates at a time which makes it hard to filter through and keep track, also having multiple spreadsheets gets confusing
  • SeekOut does not have the best filtering methods, I use the Excel Spreadsheets to do it
I love the training Evan A does and the contact help in general has always been amazing

It is harder to find candidates with clearances but SeekOut does the best it can to recommend those with them. I wish I could add these candidates easier into our system here at work and I didn't have to download by the 100's when downloading candidates from the SeekOut system into a spreadsheet.
