Overall Satisfaction with SeekOut
SeekOut was a tool we used to support sourcing efforts at our global technology company. The hope was that it would augment or supplement our sourcing efforts and give us an alternative to outreach via LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Advanced Boolean Search
- Source attribution (there's no way to track which leads/prospects/candidates you source using SeekOut)
- More reliable contact information
- Ability to message/contact prospects/leads/candidates in system
- Ability to collaborate with team members (visibility into which prospects have been viewed by team members or contacted, etc)
- Better prospect management capabilities (viewed, contacted, not contacted, not-interested, unresponsive, etc.)
- We're not currently a customer because it's not possible to track/measure ROI. SeekOut surfaces great profiles through the search function, but then it funnels you to LinkedIn and there isn't a way to track whether you originally found a prospect using SeekOut (vs using LinkedIn Recruiter). LinkedIn Recruiter gets credit by default.
