Overall Satisfaction with Seismic

We are currently using it to generate general sales proposals that we submit in conjunction with specific responses to RFPs.
  • Choose content.
  • The user interface is clunky and not intuitive.
  • LiveDocs are incredibly difficult to update.
  • Company reps aren't always responsive when it comes to returning emails and phone calls.
  • I don't know that I can answer this because we submit these proposals with specific RFP responses, measuring ROI just from these documents is virtually impossible.
The people we have dealt with are all personable, however they are often slow to return emails and phone calls, and often require at least one and sometimes several follow-ups

It might be good in an organization where they generate multiple different kinds of sales and marketing collateral, however we only use it for proposals, and it isn't efficient or effective for that purpose.
