Overall Satisfaction with Sendible

I used Sendible with a small marketing team to schedule social media content for my agency and for my clients. We had a number of needs: reliable social media scheduling, ability to give access to multiple users, the ability to assign and approve posts, and the ability to create reports for our clients.
  • Reliable social media scheduling
  • Multiple user access
  • Approve posts before publishing
  • Like many social media management tools, it gets pricey as you add users
  • Reporting isn't quite as robust as I would like
3 - I had myself, a social media manager, and an account executive using the platform. The social media manager would create and schedule content, then alert the account executive who would bring the posts to the client for approval. Once the client had approval, the account exec would approve the posts. I used a similar workflow for our own marketing efforts, where I would review content and personally create some content for our social media channels.
  • Helped scale social media management services to multiple clients
  • Reduced overhead in team collaboration
Sendible is a step beyond tools such as Buffer and Hootsuite Pro. Sendible is a slightly more professional platform than these, adding features that agencies will benefit from.

Compared to similar products such as Sprout Social, the pricing made a lot more sense with Sendible than Sprout Social. Sprout Social charges a premium per user, whereas Sendible offers multiple user accounts for a single price. The reporting and analytics features of Sprout Social are better, but to me, it wasn't worth the significantly higher cost.
Great for small agency teams with basic assignment and approval workflows. For small businesses, you may not need all of the features that Sendible offers and you may consider a more basic (read: less expensive) tool. Larger agencies will likely need more robust features for reporting. The sweet spot, to me, seems to be the small to mid-sized agency.
