Overall Satisfaction with SendinBlue

We choose SendInBlue as it was a much cheaper alternative to Constant Contact. They had gotten so pricey that it no longer made sense to continue with them and we choose SendinBlue after a lot of research based on cost and service. I recommend SendInBlue. It isn't quite as good as Constant Contact but when you factor in price it is a no-brainer. And SendInBlue is constantly improving. I would like to see more templates, less green errors (occasionally when I am working on a newsletter a green background is added for no reason and I can't get rid of it) and more mobile functions (I'd like to be able to build / send newsletters from my phone). Otherwise we are quite happy with it and will continue to use it and recommend it.
  • Cost. 1/10th the cost of Constant Contact
  • Easy to use and great mobile options for reading it mobile, sending to mobile lines, etc.
  • Overall easy to use
  • Green Error (sometimes when I am working on a template the background goes green and I have to go back and design it all over).
  • More Templates (not very many)
  • More Options in Design
  • ROI is decent. It's hard to compare as newsletters and becoming less and less effective overall. ROI has been going down over the years but this is due to general trends and is not the fault of the software.
  • We have a high open rate (in the upper 20s) but a lower click-through/conversion rate.
Cost. Constant Contact was costing us $150/month. SendInBlue costs us $7/month for basically the same service. You do the math!
#1 Reason to use SendInBlue is cost. You will save so much money using SendInBlue.
#2 Reason to use SendInBlue is it is easy to use and has almost as many tools Constant Contact.

Using SendinBlue

1 - Me. I am the only one the uses SendInBlue. I represent the marketing department of the hotel.
1 - Doesn't require much skill to use the software. It is easy to use and the learning curve is very quick.

  • Deals
  • Mobile. Text Messages, etc.
Cost. SendInBlue provides a product that is almost as good as Constant Contact for a fraction of the price.
