Overall Satisfaction with SendinBlue
We use SendinBlue to send specialized mailings to high ROI groups that we've identified. It allows me to design and send mailings without involving development, which frees development time that can be spent elsewhere. It also allows me to send mailings more frequently and allows for precise targeting using groups.

- SendinBlue makes designing HTML emails easy, even for those without experience coding.
- SendinBlue allows for flexible scheduling of emails.
- I would like to see more customization options for email layout, particularly with flexible image sizes.

Put simply, for other services at its price point, it is far and away the best. Other services at this price point are clunky and outdated. SendinBlue has a slick, easy-to-use interface and is very reliable. I have been really impressed with their customer support team. They may not have some advanced features like subject line A/B testing and funnels, but if your needs are fairly simple i.e. you need to send nice-looking emails to specific groups of customers, then you can't beat SendinBlue.
