Overall Satisfaction with Sendinblue
I use Sendinblue in various projects and manage accounts for customers too. Mainly collecting contacts and sending newsletters, but also automation workflows like mail lines, welcoming buyers, affiliates or new contacts. I maintain 12 lists in 4 groups. Integrating apps like Mailchimp-synchronisation and RSS as well.

- The campaign overview could be better organized. All mails just in one timeline is not enough.
- I don't care about the pricing, but for some small companies it might be an issue.

I started with using Sendinblue as a storage for contacts, but got more and more attracted by the features.
